Under the sun of Leucate, between the beach and the scrubland, on a village street with colorful houses typical of Aude, stands a building with a high, rounded white stone door. Behind its glass doors hides the Hotel 19-21, whose modernity stands out in this small corner of the maritime Corbières. With the help of architect Jacques Outier, its renovation began, embracing the challenge of redesigning and creating custom spaces while respecting the original soul and simplicity of the place. The atypical Hotel 19-21 tells the story of the metamorphosis of an old village house and its cellar, with its large volumes and intense luminosity.
